My loved one is in custody
We can arrange for a Legal Conference with clients in custody so that your loved one knows they are supported after arrest. We require certain information in order to set up the conference but can facilitate remote conferencing in most correctional complexes in NSW within 24 – 48 hours.
We can also arrange for urgent Bail Application Listings where applicable and appear for your loved one in court. Bail Applications in the Local Court can be listed with 2 – 3 business days notice. There is a longer wait time for Bail Applications in the Supreme Court.

I have been charged with a criminal offence and have to attend court
We attend court with all of our clients so that they are not left confused about what is happening. In some circumstances, we will be able to attend court on your behalf so that you do not have to miss work or travel long distances until it is necessary for you to attend.
We provide advice ahead of all court attendances so that you are fully informed about the proceedings and have someone to advocate for you throughout the process.
Can I defend my charges or should I plead guilty
This is one of the most important decisions our clients face when charged with a criminal offence and will be the focus of the legal advice and procedural information provided by your lawyer. You will be fully equipped to make an informed decision about the prospects of defending your charges, how your matter will progress and what the proceedings will entail.
This will not be a decision you have to make alone.
How can I get the best result at sentence hearing
Our lawyers will leave no stone unturned in achieving the best result for you in court, especially at the stage of sentencing. You will receive comprehensive advice in relation to the sentencing process and the supporting material/programs that will assist you.
How much do your services cost
For those not entitled to the assistance of Legal Aid, we offer transparent Fixed Fee pricing for most of our Local Court services as well as realistic cost estimates for more complex criminal cases.
With more complex criminal matters, there may be a number of variables in fee information, including the associated fees for counsel, different legal applications and work items involved. We provide our clients with regular updates on any fee outlines so that the process remains as transparent as possible.
I need the assistance of Legal Aid
We can apply for Legal Aid on behalf of clients who are eligible for government assistance in their proceedings.
